We essentially offer seven products:
3D Internal Still Imagery will be used when an interior area is required to be shown. This will for instance be a bedroom in a house/unit or a boardroom in an office. |back to top|
3D External Still Imagery will be used when an exterior area is required to be shown. This will for instance be the front facade of a new home or the view over a new building. |back to top|
3D Hybrid Still Imagery will be used when amendments to an existing structure is required to be shown. This will for instance be additions to a factory or to a home, where the “before and after” can be seen. This is also used to present to management companies of malls when a new tenant wants to open a store in their mall. |back to top|
3D Floor plans will be used when the entire floor plan layout of a structure is required to be shown. This is typically a view from above showing the layout of the structure as if the roof had been sliced off and every area of the structure is visible. |back to top|
3D Site Layouts will be used when the entire site of a project is required to be shown. This will for instance be used to show all the units for sale in a housing development. |back to top|
3D Video Virtual Tours will be used where the client wants his prospective buyers to view a DVD or PC movie file that takes them through the new development. You would for instance enter through the gatehouse and then fly through the development where the user is subjected to everything the development has to offer, while in the comfort of their own living room or office. This can be delivered on both standard DVD format or in High Definition Blu-ray. High definition does incur a higher cost. |back to top|
3D Video Walkthroughs will be used where the client wants his prospective buyers to view a DVD or PC movie file that takes them through the inside of a new home or building. You would typically enter through the front door of the structure and the user is then taken through the entire home where he/she is shown all the areas in the home. Walkthroughs can also be combined with Virtual Tours. This can be delivered on both standard DVD format or in High Definition Blu-ray. High definition does incur a higher cost. |back to top|
